另外，有家长当着孩子的面说老师的种种不是。或许家长是无意识的，但对孩子的影响却很大。孩子知道家长对老师的不满后，往往对老师也会产生抵触情绪，对老师所授科目产生抵触心理，最后受影响的还是孩子。
现象：部分家长教育意识很浓，开学没几天就向老师透露，想给孩子报个数奥补习班、英语辅导班，想让孩子多学点知识。
建议：报辅导班还是应该针对孩子的情况因人而异，家长千万不要跟风。以数奥为例，部分学生感觉学校学习相当轻松，甚至有些 吃不饱 ，加上自己又有兴趣，可以考虑报班；有的学生本身学习就非常吃力了，再参加各种辅导班就力不从心了。
现象：很多家长都抱着 不能让孩子输在起跑线上 的想法，在孩子入学之初就买一堆辅导资料，让孩子吸收 营养 ，这些辅导材料以练习题、测验试卷为多。
建议：一年级学生缺少的并不是以练习为主的教辅资料，而是一些帮助阅读的书籍，这对提高孩子的理解力、表达能力都有积极作用。家长在给孩子选择课外书时不要用大人的眼光选择，应当尊重孩子自己的选择，选孩子感兴趣的书，这样他们才喜欢读。
现象：多数家长希望在学习上帮孩子一把，在上新课之前帮孩子预习，下课给孩子复习。家长的出发点是好的，但结果却不尽如人意，有的孩子由于非常熟悉新知识了，上课就不再认真听讲，影响别人，老师还要分散精力维持纪律。
建议：小学一年级的孩子在学习上确实需要家长帮助，但是家长一定要把握好 度 。在辅导孩子预习时，应该侧重帮助孩子了解与课文有关的背景材料。例如老师第二天讲古诗，家长可以帮助孩子查阅诗作者的年代、生平等个人背景，以及诗中所展示的景物、人物的相关信息；课后复习时，家长应辅助孩子理解、背诵。
例如：波浪 滑冰 果汁；邮票 郊外 部分；宽广 丰富 寄信；盘子 脸盆 盒子；透明 到达 追赶；次序 出席 家庭 我们可以根据偏旁部首归纳我们所学习的字。同时字不离词，词又进行归类，这样记忆起来就比较容易了。特别是对一些不常见的偏旁部首，要有意识地归类，例如带包字头的一些字。 （2）按形近字、音近字进行归类 同学们看： 从前 的 从 和 花丛 的 丛 这两个字形很像， 幻灯 的 幻 和 幼年 的 幼 只有一笔之差。但通过组词、比较，很容易把这些形近字加以区分。 画卷 和 入场券 中的 卷 和 券 是不同的，放在一起很容易发现他们的不同，可以避免以后写错。 辛苦 和 幸福 中的 辛 和 幸 不同； 客人 和 容易 中的 客 和 容 虽然都是宝盖头，但是下面部分是不同的。另外， 贫穷 和 贪玩 中的 贫 和 贪 ， 提水 和 问题 中的 提 和 题 ， 前进 和 近处 中的 进 和 近 ， 栽树 和 裁衣 中的 栽 和 裁 ，这些都是形近字。 还有的字形近音也近。比如： 直线 的 直 ， 职务 的 职 ； 平原 的 平 ， 评选 的 评 ； 蓝天 的 蓝 ， 竹篮 的 篮 。记忆这些字应该掌握规律。比如： 蓝天 和 竹篮 中， 蓝 表示颜色的，最初是从植物中提取出来的，因此它是草字头。 篮 是竹字头，因为篮子是由竹子编成的。同样， 辨认 和 争辩 ， 日历 和 厉害 ， 艰苦 和 坚持 都是这类字。 （3）按多音字分类 如： 假jiǎ 山--假ji 日 ； 重zh nɡ 量--重ch nɡ 复 ； 调ti o 皮--调di o 换 ： 电扇sh n--扇shān风 ； 团结ji --结jiē识 ； 缝f nɡ补--门缝f nɡ ； 撒sā手--撒sǎ种 ； 睡觉ji o--觉ju 得 等等。 2、如何对生字进行更快捷和稳健的记忆 在语言环境中记忆 学习生字一定要注意在语言环境中记忆，最好把字放到词、句子中记忆。比如：学习 朝阳 的 朝 时，可以记句子 火红的朝阳从东方升起 ；学习 露珠 的 露 时，可以记忆 叶子上的露珠闪闪发亮 。 这样我们不仅把字记住了，而且词也容易记牢，还能积累句子。 要加强复习 我们在很短的时间内要接触大量汉字，如果不加强复习会影响学习效果。我们可以用老师教的方法，按照部首、形近、音近、和多音来归纳，还可以进行一字组多词的练习，这样能使我们牢固地掌握字词。 经常请教他人 对一些字我们学了也许过段时间就会忘掉。如果忘掉了，可以问问同学，家人。这样使我们的学习更加巩固。 要养成查字典的习惯 查字典是我们学习中非常重要的方法。我们具备熟练查字典的能力，就能掌握很多的生字和知识。例如： 惬意 这个词同学们认识，也会发音，但对它的意思可能不会太了解，这时就需要打开字典查一查。要通过字音了解字义，可以利用音序查字法查。根据汉语拼音，在音节索引部分就可以找到 qi 这个发音，然后按照后面的页码，找到相应的页，这样就查到这个字了。根据字典上的解释，我们知道它表示 满足，畅快 的意思。又如： 名闻遐迩 后面两个字念什么呢 ? 打开字典，看到字典部首目录，找到走之旁所在的页，然后在检字表中根据除开部首的笔画数在这一栏中找到相应的宇，这样就可以查到它们的发音。第一个字念 xia ，当 远 讲；第二个字念ě r ，当 近 讲，这样 名闻遐迩 的意思也就明白了。
对于英语的学习，我们总是在强调 词不离句，句不离篇 。因此，英语复习也应该做到 词不离句，句不离篇 。就三年级英语该如何复习，我产生了如下想法：
学生们已经接触了一个学期的26个英文字母，相信基本上已经能够从前到后的朗读出来，但这并非最终的目的，我们的目的是要求学生能够正确的听、说、读、写26个英文字母.因此我对26个英文字母复习有如下要求：
学生能够背诵26个英文字母并且认读。力求做到教师，随便指出一个字母，学生就能够快速的认读出来。
在从头至尾板书26个英文字母，并要去学生跟写，大小写连写。要求学生经过长期的书写后，能够正确的区分印刷体和书写体；能够将分开的大小写连起来；能够听写，准确的占好书写格式。
单词是组成句子的基本单位，如果不能很好的掌握单词，就不能在遇到新句子时准确的翻译句子。因此，单词复习较为重要。对于复习单词，我产生如下的想法：
即请学生将单词进行归类，如身体器官：body eye(s) mouth ear(s) ；如水果(fruits)类: apple(s) orange(s) watermelon banana 还可以分出职业、颜色、文具、动物、食物等。
常见的游戏为单词接龙，这样可以充分扩展学生的单词量，随即复习。想到哪说哪，较之前的复习有些难度。
词组是由几个单词扩展组成的新的短语，并且有了新的意思。因此，词组复习主要是要求学生能够认读、领悟词组的正确含义。我产生的想法如下：
在学生能够正确的进行认读之后，进行汉译英练习。例如，good afternoon ______________ good morning _______________
出式图片，让学生看图翻译短语，如，学生在看书。请学生说出look at books。如，学生从凳子上站起来，学生能说出来Stand up 加上向下的箭头，学生就能说出，sit down .
因为是复习课，教师可以在上课之前进行会话练习。这样不仅可以复习句子，可以在复习的时候检查学生背诵对话的情况，也可以练习其他学生的听力。
每节课开始，在黑板上随意的写出一个句子（每个单元的重点句子）。让学生根据这个句子，进行对话的扩展练习。这样也可以练习句子，强调，认知。让学生在学习中充分的开动脑子。
对于汉译英，可以两种办法。a，以口述的形式，即教师随意的说一句英语，学生随即翻译。b，在试卷中练习。前者练习听力，后者练习认读。
1) 小组检查对话的背诵。在考试中，对话都是以情景搭配，选择答语，补全对话等形式进行考察。因此，背诵对话非常的重要。
系统复习，就是在进行了上述板块是复习之后，将重点转移到书上。将本册书分为六个单元，一个单元一个单元的进行复习（重点句子，单词，对话。）再将一到三单元穿在一起，最后将一到六单元穿起来进行复习。让学生多熟悉书上的句子，多读、多念，形成语感。
三年级的考试没有写作，卷面大致分为两大部分。一是听力部分，二是笔试部分。笔试部分一、二题主要是以检测单词为主，其他题为句子和对话的检测。因此教师就要让学生多做题，各种各样的题型都要接触，教师要辛苦些要将练习题归类。分类题，选择题，排序题，连线题，等等。以防学生在考试时出现新的题型不能作答。
听力在每堂课上课时都要练习，可以通过 听写单词，对话，les s do let s sing等部分进行。每个单元结束都要听练习册。到了期末，若想提高成绩，应在考试前一周时间主抓练习听力。

学习计划是实现学习目标的保证。但有些学生对自己的学习毫无计划，整天忙于被动应付作业和考试，缺乏主动的安排。因此。看什么、做什么、学习什么都心中无数。他们总是被动地考虑 老师要我做什么 而不是主动去想 我要做什么 。 (2)不会科学利用时间 时间对每个人都是公平的。有的学生能在有限的时间内，把自己的学习、生活安排得从从容容;而有的学生虽然忙忙碌碌，经常加班加点，却忙不到点子上，实际效果不佳。有的学生不善于挤时间，他们经常抱怨： 每天上课、回家、吃饭、做作业、睡觉，哪还有多余的时间供自己安排? ，还有的学生平时松松垮垮，临到考试手忙脚乱。这种现象都是不会科学利用时间的反映。 (3)不求甚解、死记硬背 死记硬背不假思索地重复，多次重复直到大脑中留下印象为止。它不需要理解，不讲究记忆方法和技巧，是最低形式的学习。它常常使记忆内容相互混淆，而且不能长久记忆，当学习内容没有条理，或学生不愿意花时间去分析学习内容的条理和意义时，学生往往会采用死记硬背的方法。依赖这种方法的学生会说; 谢天谢地，考试总算结束了。现在我可以把那些东西忘得一于二净了。 (4)不能形成知识结构 知识结构是知识体系在学生头脑中的内化反映，也就是指知识经过学生输入、加工、储存过程而在头脑中形成有序的组织状态。构建一定的知识结构在学习中很重要的。如果没有合理的知识结构，再多的知识也只能成为一盘散沙，无法发挥出它们应有的功效。有的学生单元测验成绩很好，可一到综合考试就不行了。其原因也往往在于他们没有掌握知识间的联系，没有形成相应的知识结构。这种学生对所学内容与学科之间，对各章节之间不及时总结归纳整理，致使知识基本上处于 游离状态 。这种零散的知识很容易遗忘，也很容易张冠李戴。 (5)不会听课 这主要表现在课前不预习，对上课内容完全陌生，无法带着疑问去学;听课时开小差不记笔记，或充当录音机的角色，把老师所讲的一字不漏地记录下来，只让自己的记录与教师的讲述保持同步，而不让自己的思路与教师保持同步;课后不及时地复习。听完课就万事大吉等等。 (6)不会阅读 这主要表现在不善于选择阅读书目，完全凭个人兴趣或完全听从老师父母的安排;没有阅读重点，处理不好 博 与 精 的关系，要么广种薄收，要么精读于一而漏万;不会快速阅读，阅读之后没什么收获。 (7)不会抓重点和难点 学习方法不当的学生，抓不住学习的重点和难点，找不到学习上的突破口和浪费了时间与精力。 (8)不能理论联系实际 在看书和听课时，不善于寻找重点和难点，眉毛胡子一把抓，全面出击，分散理论知识与实际操作相结合是非常重要而有效的学习方法，所谓 学而必习，习又必行 。而方法不当的学生往往只满足于学习书本上的知识，不善于在实践中学习、在实践中运用，不能用所学知识解决实际问题。具体表现为动手能力差，不喜欢上实践课和操作课，不关心现实生活。 (9)不善于科学用脑 这主要表现在学习时不注意劳逸结合，不善于转移大脑兴奋中心，使大脑终日昏昏沉沉，影响学习效率。
