自主性作业，满足不同学生的复习需要。复习内容要有阶段性，体现循序渐进的认知规律。陶行知先生说： 只有民主才能解放最大多数人的创造力，而且使最大多数人之创造力发挥到最高峰 。尊重每个学生，搭建民主平台，让学生真正成为学生的主人。《小学语文课程标准》明确指出：学生是学习和发展的主体。语文课程必须根据学生身心发展和语文学习的特点，关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求，爱护学生的好奇心、求知欲，充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。语文综合性学习有利于学生在感兴趣的自主活动中全面提高语文素养;是培养学生主动探究、团结合作、勇于创新精神的重要途径。因此，我在教学中尽量把讲台让给学生，给他们一个展示自我、表现自我、成功自我的平台，把我自己定位为一个他们学习活动的服务者。 学习一篇新课文，我首先让同学们汇报预习的情况，展示搜集到的各种资料并提出自己不懂的问题;然后让同学们结合这些问题展开讨论，共同解决这些问题;最后让同学们自己总结，一起完成课后的练习。这其中，我只是在他们表述不清时加以示范，在他们思维受阻时加以开导，在他们碰到疑难时加以帮助。我努力做到尊重每一个学生，保护每一个学生的独创精神，只要是学生切身体验，我都给予充分的肯定。对那些所谓的 差生 ，给予特别的关爱，哪怕他们有些许的进步，我都让他们一样享受成功的欣喜，收获的喜悦。 为了使教学情景真切地再现学生面前，我还指导学生根据教材内容，创设情景，模拟课文角色进行表演。由于学生的心理位置换成了课文中人物的心理位置，使教材的内容迅速形成表象，同时能很快地理解。文中的 事 好像是自己做的，文中 话 好像是自己 说 的，扮演得越真就越感到亲切。我分配课文中人物的角色，学生自由组合模拟角色，另外有一名学生以解说员的身份朗读，连缀角色之间的关系，使各角色朗读构成一个整体。这样朗读，学生可以听到教材各种人物不同的声音，虽未见其人，却已闻其声，增进对课文的理解。我在教《军神》时采用此法，刘伯承、沃克医生等人物栩栩如生，跃然眼前，使学生们感到书上的人物立体起来，学习起来兴趣盎然。
